Line Coordinator
On Time Staffing is seeking Line Coordinators for our warehouse in Lincoln, AL Starting pay rate:
$14 Shifts:
1st - 6am-3pm (Mon-Fri, some Saturdays)
Job Description:
Lifting, folding, cleaning, and packaging product.
Verifying correct measurements per work order.
Verifying products have no blemishes, tears, or misplaced items.
Verifying material is correct per the work order.
Following procedures to ensure uniformity.
Job Requirements:
Must be able to recognize and take advantage of opportunities to save both labor costs and material costs.
Will be responsible for upkeep and maintaining work area to stay within 5S standards set by the company.
Must be willing and able to cross-train to learn various positions.
Cutting when needed for material production.
Measuring and verifying correct placements for windows, grommet strips, etc.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs individually, and 50lbs as a team lift.
Qualifications:
Strong measuring tape reading skills.
Strong rudimentary math skills.
Ability to read diagrams and production drawings.
Ability to differentiate in between shade variations.
