The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong understanding of the embroidery process and be able to operate multiple sewing heads at once.
Responsibilities:
Evaluating digitizing to ensure satisfactory output and monitoring machine operation.
Operates automatic embroidery machines with multiple sewing heads or needles controlled by either perforated tape or computer program.
Run embroidery machine.
Maintain the quality and timely embroidery production and a willingness to do daily maintenance and cleaning when required.
Prioritize orders to determine when projects need to be completed.
Ensure quality standards by examining garments and determining solutions for any issues.
Qualification:
Excellent hand-eye coordination needed for small movements.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Experience in embroidery by machine.
Must be able to work 10-hour shifts Monday - Thursday and overtime if necessary.
